There are many things to consider when it comes to health and fitness while pregnant.

Additionally, it is important to listen to your body and make sure not to overdo it. Pregnant women should aim for 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week. Some great exercises to consider are walking, swimming, and prenatal yoga.

Pregnancy Yoga works on flexibility breath work and birth preparation.

We must keep the body both strong and flexible in preparation for labour and the day of the birth.
